All project data, documents, and information accessed through Emerald remains the sole property of the authorized account holder and their organization. Emerald does not claim any rights to your data.
Your conversation history is retained for up to 24 hours for quality assurance, then automatically deleted. Emerald retains limited usage metadata (name, email, timestamp, project) for security auditing only. Emerald does not use this data to train AI models.
Emerald is powered by a third-party AI model. The model does not learn from or retain any information from your conversations. Each session is entirely independent.
Project documents are read live to answer your questions and are not persisted by Emerald. Access is controlled and scoped to authorized users only. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256).
Emerald is intended for internal use by authorized personnel only. Unauthorized access or sharing of credentials is prohibited.
